Having a curious mind and a traumatic life I was determined to understand and do better from a young age / for as long as I can remember. This drive, motivation, and perseverance has helped me become the woman I am proud and grateful to be today.
I possess a sharp eye for detail, which I use to find even the smallest errors. I work well under pressure and can produce high-quality work in short periods of time. I have strong interpersonal skills and work with a wide variety of people.
I am looking for opportunities to work with and help others. I believe in clear communication. I want to align myself with individuals I believe in and create positive change. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects.

After removing my son from preschool and then preK for a multitude of reasons I ventured from the public system to a Charter that allows me the freedom to educate my children in the comfort of our own life while instilling knowledge that I believe in while adhering to state and federal guidelines.

This private high school in Eureka California offers an international student program with an on campus dormitory. Here I lived with my family as a Residential Advisor and did everything from cooking & cleaning to student support & outings.
Sadly, due to the pandemic, the dormitory limited it’s operations. I only worked the 2019-2020 academic year there. I do hope to one day return.
From conception to thriving business this food truck was a short lived endeavor due to dispute among business partners. Having been the only one with actual restaurant and marketing know how I attribute it’s success directly to my personal influence. As the primary initial financier I can say it was something I greatly believed in until quality became compromised resulting in the closing of the business.
Humboldt Fresh was the first food truck in Fortuna California and opened on Veteran’s Day in 2018 after seven months of transformation from a coffee cart to a full service capacity trailer. Originally we started at a location in the Ray’s parking lot but transitioned into several locations affiliated with EcoCann Dispensary, Les Schwab, Lost Coast Brewery, and Old Growth Cellars.
Hired in December of 2016 as Restaurant Manager for their flagship Harrison location. Not only was this an incredibly busy time with the holiday season but there was a significant amount of coordination needed between all facets of the environment - from bakery operations to catering / special orders to a full service restaurant that was introducing a wine bar and art gallery. It was an exceptionally challenging and rewarding career that led me to opening the food truck. I left to open the food truck and have my daughter in September of 2018.
